These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gungle.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is an MVP summary and may be updated; it is not a substitute for counsel review.
The Service
Gungle.ai provides a paid remote job search experience. Job listings are gathered and sanitized through Gungle.ai's proprietary job gathering and sanitation systems, then cached for search. We do not employ job seekers or guarantee that any listing is available, accurate, or appropriate for you. The Service may display third-party advertising on free or public pages, subject to our Privacy Policy and your cookie preference / consent choices.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Authentication is provided by Supabase. You may sign in with email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive communications from Gungle.ai and its affiliates, including product updates, job alerts, and related messages, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid access is billed at the stated price (currently $9 per month) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your account. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful personal job-seeking purposes
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute job data or circumvent access controls
- Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service
Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties including Stripe (payments), Supabase (auth and data), Google (optional sign-in), and Vercel (hosting). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their processing.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that job listings are complete, current, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gungle.ai and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.
